lol kickboxing is fun but i prefer regular boxing. how long have you done thai boxing? i've been looking into it to build up leg strength, i've been doing regular boxing for 6 years though

lol yeah i did japanese ju jutso the main reason i ended up taking it was because it taught me how to disarm an oponnent with a weapon and it was needed but its helpfull for more then just that
