Add Outlook Account in Settings
To easily sync contacts and calendar entries to your iPhone, you’ll need to add your Microsoft Outlook account first. For that, you’ll need to add your Outlook email account in the Settings app and sync contacts and calendars.
Step 1: Open the Settings app and head to Contacts > Accounts > Add Account.

How to View Outlook Contacts in the Contacts App
Next, you can open the Contacts app on your iPhone and view all your Outlook contacts. In the Contacts app, tap Lists in the top right corner. You can check the Outlook section to view your contacts.

How to View Outlook Account in the Calendar App
After adding your Outlook account to the iPhone, you can use the default Calendar app to check your events and meeting details. In the Calendar app, tap Calendars at the bottom, and tick the checkboxes under the Outlook section.

Set Outlook as the Default Account to Save Contacts and Events
To ensure new contacts and calendar events are saved to Outlook instead of iCloud, you’ll need to change the default account. Follow the steps below to update your default account for Contacts and Calendar apps.
Change the Default Account for Contacts
Step 1: Open the Settings app and head to Contacts > Default Account.
Step 2: Select Outlook from the following menu.

Step 1: Launch the Settings app and head to Calendar > Default Calendar.

How to Save Your Outlook Contacts on iPhone
The Outlook app on iPhone also allows saving all contacts to your local storage. If you want to import Outlook contacts on your iPhone, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the Outlook app and log in with your email ID and password.
Step 2: Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner and tap the gear icon.
Step 3: Select your Outlook account.
