I know not everyone uses the ignore function but it’s an available option. Do you use the ignore function? If so, how many people are on your ignore list. No need to say who they are.

I also think it would be fun to have the number of people ignoring us listed as a stat on our profile. It could also be helpful. Like for instance, if 250 members were ignoring me that would let other members know that I must be really annoying.

 

I do like and use the ignore option but I only have 6 members on my list right now. I would have 7 but 1 was deleted.

It ruins the back and forth for me.

I don’t use ignore. If it made it possible for the ignored person not to see my stuff I’d use it. But I’d rather know what they were doing and saying than not. Plus I did try putting someone on ignore once when I first joined and he just used a different account to contact me so there’s no point.

I use it simply because there's no reason I should have to waste any energy on intentionally ignoring people who do every negative thing they can to get my attention or to draw negative attention to me.

It isn't at all difficult for me to ignore somebody without using the ignore feature but there's no reason I should have to.

I'm probably on a lot of people's ignore lists thanks to all of that bullshit drama I respond to but whatever.

 

I have 137 people on ignore for various reasons....including not laughing at my jokes and giving me advice about my dog.

 

Only one that used to post about stinky this and stinky that. He was annoying me. Lol

Like @Valspar I have a perfectly good ignore function in my brain. When i choose to listen to it.

Sometimes I use the the ignore function if the offender is cluttering up my funny pages with crap.
Stanley usually gets to work and they disappear all together.
At this moment I am ignoring Farooq from Islamabad.

 

It's kind of pointless anyway, especially if you browse without logging in. All the eejits still show up.

 

I ignore most people anyways so there is really no point for me to use it.

Surely a ignore button should send the offender into the twilight zone and they can never contact or see your posts
The forums ignore function is dumb and broken
