Winn-Dixie 4+

Best market app .

I love this the coupons are interactive so it gives me saving on items I shop for and then I also get special offers like 4 times the points or sometimes 8 x points. It’s also has the shopping list feature which is helpful because I forget and have to run back to the store . When you shop you can search for an item and it will give you the aisle it’s on ( make sure the correct location is in the app. I don’t see any cons honestly . Winn Dixie is my go to I have to say mainly because of the app. I have cut my bill by over 60 % on some trips and yes I do use the store brand if it’s a better price the quality is pretty good .

For me, only one thing is missing…

I use this app all the time and like a lot of people I will save up my points to either use for the holidays or when cash is low in the checking account. I love the fact that there is a shopping list because it automatically tells me, with most items which aisle it’s in. I’m not sure if I’m able to assign an aisle for an item that I locate in case the app didn’t assign an aisle or not, as I’m still getting used to using the app.

However, the ONE most important addition to this app that I would like to see would be in the shopping list view, it would show you either the price of each item, give you the ability to add the price, and above all a running total where you can actually add your local sales tax amount. With the cost of everything these days IMPERATIVE to know how much we are spending as we are spending it.

Please consider adding this to the app as this will make your app a five star perfect app for me and help me stay on top of my food budget each month.

Screwed Up App With Every Update!

You would think the developers would test an app before releasing an update, but not the Winn-Dixie App Developers! They do a great job at screwing up the app with every update! Whether it’s not being able to add grocery items from the sales circular to the shopping list to the shopping list not displaying the details of your sale items, they always find a way to make the experience frustrating!

It’s no surprise that Winn-Dixie had to sell itself to Aldi! Hopefully, Aldi hires competent Develin their I.T. Department to get this app to FINALLY work correctly, because they’re doing a great job at driving business to Publix!!

UPDATE - The problems were emailed to Winn-Dixie’s I.T. department weeks ago. To no surprise, never heard anything back and the problems STILL haven’t been fixed after NUMEROUS similar complaints in the reviews. I suggest people emailing Anthony T. Hucker, President of Southeastern Grocers, and tell him that he’s losing LOTS of business to Publix because of his incompetent I.T. staff. Then maybe they’ll FINALLY fix the app instead of making it even more useless with every “update.”
