As fard as running out of film I believe they used 8mm film at a length if about 80 meters. Thats enough for a 20 minute scene provided they don't need to edit anything. Most 8mm back in the late 60s and early 70s used anywhere from 40 meter to 100 meter film. It wasn't until they started to use 16mm film when the films started to get longer.

It was risky for them to even film hardcore. This predated anything Eric Edwards ever did. He started in 1969 and he said in an interview that if you did hardcore you were at grave risk of being jailed. So cumshots might of been considered too risky for 1968. Thanks for the response.
